Privacy Policy

This is a courtesy translation of the German original (Datenschutzerklärung). In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website and use our forms, for which purposes this happens and which rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (DSGVO) – is:

Vincent Mulders
Southframe
Sportplatzstraße 15
93087 Alteglofsheim

Phone: 0162-4071719
Email: info@southframe.de

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by the following provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes, on our behalf, technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically and stores it in so-called server log files. This includes in particular:

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO). Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free delivery, stability and security of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources.

3. Contact forms

Contact forms are available on this website (including on the Contact page). If you send us an enquiry through them, we process the information you enter. Depending on the form and the topic you select, this includes in particular:

In addition, the subpage from which you submitted the form is transmitted, along with the time of the enquiry – this allows us to assign your message correctly. The information is sent by email to our mailbox (info@southframe.de) and stored there to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (DSGVO) where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)).

We delete the data as soon as your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

To protect against automated misuse (spam), the forms use an invisible control field ("honeypot") and a short waiting period between two submissions. For this purpose, a technically necessary session cookie is set when the form is submitted (see section 6).

4. Website check form

Via the website check page you can request a free initial assessment of your website. In doing so, we process the information you enter:

In addition, the page from which the request was sent is transmitted. If the address through which you accessed our website contains campaign parameters (so-called UTM parameters, e.g. from an ad or a linked post), these are transmitted as well, so that we can trace how enquiries reach us. These parameters do not contain any data from your device beyond the URL used to access the site.

The information is sent by email to our mailbox and used to prepare the initial assessment and to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (DSGVO) (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). Section 3 applies accordingly to deletion and spam protection.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process your information (e.g. name, contact details, content of the message) to handle your request. The same legal bases and deletion periods as in section 3 apply.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies when you merely browse its pages. Only when you submit one of our forms is a technically necessary session cookie ("PHPSESSID") set. It serves solely to protect against spam (waiting period between two submissions), contains no profiling data and is deleted when you close your browser. This storage is strictly necessary under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and does not require consent; the associated data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO) (protecting the forms against misuse).

Cookies or similar technologies for analytics or marketing purposes are only used if you have given your prior consent via our consent banner (see sections 6a and 7).

6a. Consent management (CCM19)

To obtain, manage and document your consent, we use the consent manager CCM19 (provider: Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany; cloud version). When you access the website, the CCM19 script is loaded from the provider's server. CCM19 stores your choice in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every visit, and documents the consent given or refused. This processing is required for the legally compliant operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR (DSGVO); documentation obligations). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page.

7. Web analytics with Google Analytics 4

We use the web analytics service Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZK173C1EM9) provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is only loaded and executed if you have consented to the statistics/analytics category via the consent banner. Without this consent, the Google script is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.

The purpose of this processing is to measure reach and analyse how our website is used (e.g. pages viewed) in order to improve our offering. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (DSGVO), Section 25(1) of the German TDDDG). Use of Google Analytics may involve the transfer of personal data to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not use Google's advertising or personalisation features; the corresponding consent mode signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain set to "denied". You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

8. Fonts and external content

The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server. When you access the pages, no connection is established to servers of font providers (e.g. Google Fonts). Apart from the CCM19 consent manager (section 6a) and – only after your consent – Google Analytics (section 7), no other third-party content (e.g. maps, videos, embedded widgets) is loaded.

9. Recipients of the data and processing on our behalf

Your data is not sold, rented out or passed on for advertising purposes. Our technical service providers are our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM (see section 2) and Papoo Software & Media GmbH as the operator of the CCM19 consent manager (see section 6a); both act as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR (DSGVO). Only after your consent does Google (see section 7) additionally receive usage data. Data is only transferred to other recipients where we are legally obliged to do so.

10. Retention period

We process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. The session cookie described in section 6 expires when you close your browser; we delete enquiry data from the forms as soon as your enquiry has been fully processed and no retention obligations apply.

11. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption ("https"). Data you submit via our forms therefore cannot easily be read by third parties.

12. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details stated above is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR (DSGVO)). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA, the Bavarian Data Protection Authority), Ansbach.

13. Version and changes

Version of this privacy policy: September 2026. We will update this policy as soon as the services used or the legal situation change. The current version published here applies in each case.
